Bookstore Resellers

Starting July 1, 2006, all bookstores will have 90 days from invoice date to return books for credit of the purchase price. Returns for products purchased prior to July 1 may still be returned after the new policy is implemented.

Returned items must be in clean and saleable condition to receive credit, the original order or invoice number must accompany the return shipment, and your account must be in good standing. Returns received for orders placed on or after July 1, 2006 that exceed the 90-day return policy will not be accepted nor credited. Items purchased on closeout status or items no longer offered by Quality Press will not be accepted.

A Return Authorization number must be obtained before returning items to Quality Press. You may obtain this number by calling Customer Care at 1-800-248-1946 or 414-272-8575. Written requests to return product may also be sent via fax, 414-272-1734, or e-mail, asq@asq.org, and a Return Authorization number will be sent to you.
